Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Custom-size jackets cannot be returned, only exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made sizes

  • Personalized items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging/tags


3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at [your email] with your order number.

  2. Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, you must ship the product back to our Pakistan address.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue:

    • A refund, or

    • An exchange, depending on your request.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For international orders (USA/UK), customs and import taxes are non-refundable.


5. Refund Timeline

After the returned item is inspected, refunds take:

  • 5–10 business days to reflect in your payment method.
    Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Send photos as proof
    We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
