Custom-size jackets cannot be returned, only exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Items damaged by the customer

Products without original packaging/tags
3. Return & Exchange Process

Once approved, you must ship the product back to our Pakistan address.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue:

An exchange, depending on your request.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For international orders (USA/UK), customs and import taxes are non-refundable.
5. Refund Timeline
After the returned item is inspected, refunds take:

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Send photos as proof
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
